Rules

1. 24 hour front desk
2. Check out: 12:00 a.m., check in: from 2 p.m. (14:00), early arrival (from 7:00) and late check out (till 17:00) is charged separately.
3. If the reservation is not paid, it will be canceled in 2 hours after arriving time. The hotel will guarantee bookings for prepayment.
4. Payment for hotel accommodation should be made in accordance with price-list at Reception.
5. Children are allowed to live in the hotel for free up to age of 6 (six). When a child is 7+ (seven+) years old, he/she is considered to be a grown-up and the payment should be as for an adult according to the price-list.
6. To check in Guest should provide identification documents (passport or driver’s license). After choosing one of room categories Guest should receive a bill for accommodation and pay for it.
7. Visitors are welcome between 08.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m., after informing receptionist.
8. Guests who stay in the hotel must comply with health standards, fire safety, and rules of public accommodation.
9. Accommodation with small pets up to 10 kg is allowed for an additional fee (please check current rates at the reception).
   Documents for the pet are not mandatory; however, the animal must have all required vaccinations. 
10. Guide dogs: allowed without any restrictions on weight or size, free of charge. A document confirming the guide dog’s status is required. The dog must have a medical certificate and up-to-date vaccinations, but these do not need to be presented at the hotel during check-in.
11. Any damage, missing furniture and equipment resulting from guests’ behavior or that of their visitors, must be paid according to the bill.
12. Guests can use safety deposit boxes at reception.
13. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation should be made not later than 24 hours before the arrival by email.
14. Guest can expect a refund, yet in case of late cancellation the Hotel has the right to charge 100% compensation of the price for accommodation for 1 day. In this case, the amount paid is not refundable. If you miss more than one day, the reservation will be canceled.

Staying with Children

• Children of all ages are allowed.
• Children under 18 years old cannot stay alone in a room; they must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
• Children up to 6 years stay free of charge. From 7 years old, payment is as for an adult.
• Children can stay:
  • in the bed with parents or guardians
  • on a sofa (if the room category includes a sofa) for older children
• High chairs are available for very young children.
• Separate children’s meals are not provided by the hotel.

The hotel may refuse accommodation in the following cases:

1. The guest attempts to check in without the required documents, or with invalid, expired, or suspicious documents.
2. Payment for the accommodation is not provided in the required form or amount.
3. The guest appears untidy, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves aggressively/inappropriately.
4. The guest refuses to follow the hotel’s internal rules.
5. The guest disrupts public order even before check-in (arguments, shouting, threats).
6. The guest attempts to bring prohibited items: weapons, explosive, toxic, or other dangerous substances.
